To support high-quality care, Norwest Family Doctors may use an Australian note-taking AI tool during your consultation. This helps your doctor with drafting notes and documents.

• Only DE-IDENTIFIED information is used.

• The AI is not integrated into our clinical software systems.

• All information used is deleted after processing.

Your privacy and care remain our highest priorities.

If you do not want AI to be used during your consultation, please let your GP know at the start of your appointment. We will fully respect your wishes.
